Live 10 is only 64 bit????

Thanks ableton. I upgraded to Live 9 Suite to get the upgrade to Live 10 only you neglected to tell me that it was only going to be available in 64bit. My 2009 Mac running the maximum OSx of Yosemite means I cannot run live 10. Thank you so much for wasting my money on an upgrade I cannot use. 1: why not provide a 32 bit version like you always have but more importantly when you asses what upgrade price I am eligible for you should have pointed out to me that my machine cannot run the product I am being sold. Very very annoyed with Ableton. Thank you very much for nothing

Hey, hey Tiger! OS X is 64bit since 10.7. Your CPU is 64bit. I'm running Live 10 beta right now on a MBP from 2009 under macOS 10.12! I kid you not.

Instead of lashing out against Ableton, you could ask them and the community for assistance.

For starters, Live 10 is 64bit only, yes. You can run it, no problem on what you describe. What you cannot run is 32bit plug-ins without a bridge. That's a 5+ years old discussion.

As Stromkraft said. And if, in the worst scenario, you can't upgrade your system support@ableton will help you out.

I don't have any issues with any of those plugins you mentioned and i'm using the same system as you, probably...

Is anyone havng critical crashes when recording on Live 10. It's driving me nuts. 8 and 9 are still working fine, so I guess this is a bug. Ableton just says critical error and that's it.
