While I can understand your idea, this is not something that is planned or, imho, desirable.
Live just keeps on evolving, it's still the same product. When a new thing emerges (M4L, Push...) a new forum is created.
The same main forum is here since L1; update periods could be a little bit more messy because not every one is upgrading at the same time, but soon enough this gets balanced.
