issues preview whit .alc .adg

Hi, I have this problem, I can't hear in preview this files but if I drag in a track, it work normally.
The error that comes out is as follows: unable to read the file "namefile.alc/.adg" it may be damaged or unlicensed
How can I solve this problem ?

Do you have Suite? It might be a preset for a device you don't own yet.

yes sure. the problem is only in preview, when I drag that one adg or alc in a track it work perfectly as I said before.

The Message is clear damaged or unlicensed but it depends on you packs you use. If there commercial stuff maybe relicense it.
Wich color has the Headphone-Symbol at the bottom of your Browser Window?
If it's not Blue then press it.
