I'm not sure I follow. This doesn't seem to work in A mode? Or am I missing something? Over here, testing this; you need to select, Ctrl+E, click the header, press delete. Like detailed in the FR thread. In the other mode any of this isn't necessary, as simply pressing delete does the edit.

Yep, or just press Up on your keyboard.

THAT is a golden tip! It works in A mode, without doing a Ctrl+E + focus change with mouse. Basically, you can just select any span, then instead of pressing just delete, do a fast two finger press: up arrow, followed by delete :D ... I'm sure that will become second nature after a while of editing in Live 10.

Got it, in other words, you don't move the mouse up to the header after selecting something, you move it there while selecting (not letting go of the mouse button, ending the selecting action when the mouse cursor is over the header). That's very cool too, thanks.

This is all helpful. Thanks. I agree - with the way / speed I work, it's super helpful to see gridlines through clips in arrangement view. Thanks

Yes it's soo annoying!! Seeing that grid is everything.

Hopefully we will be able to toggle color opacity in future updates.

I agree, there should be a slider for custom transparency clip settings.
