error messages

I am trying to authorize 10 on win 10 .. I was sent me an ok as u had unlocked more authorizations .. HOWEVER I am getting these messages prior to getting to the authorization box : Ableton web communicator .exe application error & Ableton Index .exe App error .. I close these and get to the box . and proceed as per instructions … then the authorization hangs and doesn't authorize ??

Contact Ableton support I would say.....
Akai Force, Soundcraft UI24R, ESI M4U eX, Reason 12, Live Suit 10, Presonus Eris E8 and Monitor Station V2, Akai MPK mini MK3, Korg N1, Yamaha RM1x & Behringer TD3MO and RD9 :mrgreen:
