My only issue with Ableton

I am still on Ableton 9, I love it the only thing that frustrates me its when your samples go missing! Collect all and save is your friend especially jumping between computers , but samples going missing when the samples are all locally placed is what frustrates me and the sample swap feature can be frustrating.

Whats the best way to avoid this? Just bite the bullet collect all and save as much can ?

the solution is simple: don't move your samples from one folder to another after saving a project

otherwise, collect all and save and thereby overpopulate your hard drives

you have no choice if moving between computers unless those computers share the same drives

Yeah solution is simple happy it found them all the samples, seem to have better luck going through project management
