Push 2 controlling Elektron Octatrack - Too Complex?

Hi,
I have an idea of what I want to do but I'm not sure if the complexity is beyond me.

This is what I'm after:

i) Press User Mode
ii) Use the 8 knobs to control volume on the 8 audio tracks within the Octatrack
iii) Allocate track mutes to buttons on the push
iv) Get visual feedback on the push

An issue that may exist - the Octatrack has the controls for each audio channel on different midi channels

How do I get this done?
