Making a guitar stroke is possible figuring out all
6 strings (chord) and start each with a small delay.
Is there some feature for this.

The problem is you would at least have to change that delay depending on slow or fast strums. Most guitar players have a combination of both with an infinite amount of 'in between'
The best is when you play the delay yourself on the keyboard. Hit the bass note first then move up the intervals. It would at least sound a little more natural.

Close is the Arpeggiator with rate=1/16
and repeats=1 and Gate=200%.
With faster rate like 1/128 200% Gate
is not enough though.
