Transferring Packs and Sample from one Computer to another

I usually work with Ableton on my MacMini but recently I downloaded it on my MacBook Pro. How can I transfer all of the Packs, Samples etc. on Ableton on my Macbook?

Just download it again?

Or right click on the pack and (on windows) you can show the pack in the folder, where its saved on the disk.
