Yeah, but even if new releases are announced I'd assume you can't get one before quite a bit later this summer. I believe there are PC laptops out there actually made for music production. Some of them might even be able to run macOS successfully. AFAIK they're not cheap however, but skimping on a music computer can become quite costly in the end.
I can also add that just focusing on the CPU is not sufficient. A real-time computer is a complete system where every part counts.
