Can I map two midi keys to one button?

Post by TacklingDummy » Fri Jun 22, 2018 5:34 pm

I’m trying to make a multi-looper instrument with 4 LOOPER plugins mapped to my foot controller. Loop 1 is master loop and loops 2-4 play and stop the other loops in 2-4. I’ve found that I can’t have two spectate midi notes triggering the STOP buttons of the loopers. Is there a workaround that will enable this? A device? A max4live device?

Thanks.

i'm not at a computer with Live on it and it's been a while since I changed my default template in MIDI map mode, but... can't you edit the CC numbers by hand??

or, is it just *Stop* specifically that is being stubborn?

It’s the Stop button on the looper device. I am not able to change CC numbers.
