note get stuck in operator

i have a clip looping in the arrangement, global loop is ON.
there is a note in this clip that starts at the end (say on 1.4.2 of a 1 bar clip), and stops after the loop (say 1.1.2).
eveything works fine until the global loop end is reached, then when the clip loops again (arrangement-wise), the note gets stuck, even when re-triggered.

actually, this happens on 2 different tracks, all have an operator, but i'm not sure that it's because of this instrument.

i hope this is clear enough.

following that, i had a the Disk overload flashing on a file that used to play fine (and that plays fine after rebooting).

so after i had the D light flashing, i quit Live, had a warning message that Live has encountered an error and i should save my work with a different name, then straight on had a Windows error message ("Live has encoutered a problem, the application must close, do you wish to send the info to microsoft" kind of message).
i rebooted, opened Live and the project i was working on, and now everything is fine, even the previous bug has disappeared

no crash log file was created.

ok, so i still get some stuck notes when the track is armed.
i noticed it on a track on which there is audiorealism bassline playing in pattern mode. even when the track contains no clip, the pattern keeps on playing, unless i unarm the track.

ok, i just bump this one because i found an easy way to reproduce it:
create a midi clip in session view (eg with operator), draw a note that holds the whole clip. arm the track.
drag the clip to arrangement view and spread the clip on a couple of bars (clip loop mode active).
after the clip reaches the end the note keeps on playing.

can someone check that please?
