Beginner! Need help to export my first creation ...
Hi everyone! I am new to Ableton. I love creating music, but am not good at computers ... But I have successfully created a set of multiple midi clips and I would like to save it all as a song, as a single file, you know, like MP4 or similar so I can open i in a music player and not only on Ableton...
Is there an easy way to do this?? Thank you

Hello. There is a lot to learn. Recommend you watch some YouTube ideas, I’m sure there are plenty. But basically learn how to copy clips from scene view over to arrangement view. Then use the export option. Good Luck.

Drag all the clips into arrange and then export.
The Push / Novation Launch Pad / Novation Launch Pad Pro / Novation Launch Key
/ Launch Control XL / Machine MkII / Machine Studio / BeatStep / Livid OhmRGB / Livid Code V2 / Apc 40 MKII
no computers or synths
20 Copies of Ableton Live Lite.

Thanks! Soo, it's really overwhelming... Is there any viedo specifically explaining the export thing?

Cool! Where do I find "arrange" and how do I drag them? Is is the same as "export midi clip"?nathannn wrote:Drag all the clips into arrange and then export.

First learn the basics of Ableton thru YT vids..... You need to have understanding of session- and arrangement view!
Also Live comes with an excellent manual - read it!
