HELP - PMs are stuck in outbox

I am currently communicating with someone that's interested in one of my offers here on the For Sale/Wanted forum. After an initial exchange, there are now two PMs just stuck in my outbox. One was sent around 23hrs ago. Is there any reason why PMs get stuck, are they first validated by admins, or do I need do something additional? Any help is welcome! Thanks, Sjoerd

If I remember correctly, the message gets moved to 'Sent messages' when the recipient's opened it.

After all they're all only lines in the internal database, there's no mailservers involved.
