Theres something wrong with the webshop

I live in the US, I selected non-EU, entered three different cards (all have plenty of cash/ credit) and I am getting error 005 Authorization refused.

My billing address is the same for all of the cards, I entered everything. I just checked with my bank and there is no problem there.

I also reset my browser, triple checked to make sure cookies were enabled, its not that.. Is it because my card is from the USA? Its a Visa

I just want to buy the Operator, any suggestions?
