signal just from one MIC input line

Hi guys - I am using SPL crimson external sound device - for some reason I get signal just from one channel, I wanna use 2 condensers but now i can record just with one of them.

I I already checked everything with the electricity& inputs...also checked the the audio preferences and played with the chrimson's buttons...Do I miss something? what should i do in order to make Ableton record 2 mic channels?

your description is a bit vague, so it's hard to tell where the problem is.

are you able to arm more than one track simultaneously? if not, check the exclusive arm settings in the Live prefs...

I mean that I want to record two audio at the same time but my external card is getting signal just from one audio channel...I really don't know what to do in order to make it work... it worked before i made format to my PC - but now after the format i can't figure what is the problem.
