Someone - please help me to fix this problem :(

Hi.

I am using:
-SPL crimsonn 2 external sound device.
-Ableton live intro
-windows 10
- 2 condensers.

I would like to record two audio channels on the same time - but only one input is getting signal (input 2) - i tried everything - Drivers, cables&mics checking (both worked on input 2) and i even gave the SPL crimson to a guy that has also ableton live and in his PC it worked well... but when i brought it again to my pc - IT STILL DOESNT SHOW ANY SIGNAL from input 1.

does anyone have any idea what should i do? what is the source of this problem? iv'e opened 1/2 input&output in ableton audio preferences and followed every guide... still the same problem.

Arm the second track.

Maybe this article helps.... To arm two tracks also use either shift or ctr to arm the second!

It is actually ctrl on Windows, and proberly CMD on mac to arm the second and ongoing tracks!

I do press CTL on the channel, but im not sure how to really arm it.. i did like the guide instructions, but still don't get any signal.

Ctrl pressed and kept pressing - and then click on the armbutton with the left mouse knob.
