Seriious program error on loading set

I have got this message upon opeing of a song im working on in Live 5. If I ignore it, seem to be able to work ok ... if I hit "OK" then the message keeps returning and I have to quit from task manager.

I'm scared to lose the tune i'm working on, but I need to get a demo done for tomorrow. ...

does anyone know what this might be .. I deleted the last VST I added, will try more...

Just unfroze the 1 tfrozen track in the set. Saved as new file, closed + reopended Live ... opened the new file ... all good.

Looks like a bug ... anyone else know about this?
