Return tracks out of order? Track won't open.

Any way to recover this ? Or at least know how it happened?

It says Songname file is corrupt, 'Return tracks are out of order'

It won't open any more.

Not sure if I've posted the screenshot correctly, it doesn't come up in the preview.

Best thing to do would be to contact support@ableton.com.
