Hi all - I am not sure what you call it, so I have been having trouble searching for how to change it.
But by accident I think I pressed a button that made it so that whenever i start playing a new loop (or whatever) it starts playing instantly - instead of waiting for the timing to sync up... (i'm using all wrong terms i know - which is why i'm having trouble searching for help)
hopefully someone knows what i'm talking about here - what is it called when the clips sync to the nearest bar instead of playing instantly in session view?
N00B question : the timing at which loops start playing (not sure what you call it)
Re: N00B question : the timing at which loops start playing (not sure what you call it)
Global Quantization: (1) in the picture below is probably set to "None" now.

This is if your clips are set to read Global Quantization (the default behaviour) in their Clip Launch menu. You can also set each clip's individual quantization if you change each clip's launch setting from "Global" to something else:
13.3 Clip Launch Quantization
