L5.02b7: Bug, Session clips stop responding

In 5.0.2b7 randomly in session view a clip will sometimes stop responding... It just happened now, I had a session open for the last 15 mins or so and I Just tried to play a clip and now it won't respond to my mouse click on the clip's play buttons.

It has also happened in this beta where I can't stop the clip either... it's like the play button is stuck and the clip keep playing and it doesn't respond to pressing one of the track's stop buttons.

The only way to remedy the problem is to save the set and open it up again (which sometimes results in a serious program error) or to quit live entirely and re-load it...

anyone else getting this issue?

I can't seem to boil it down to a specific cause either, it just seems to happen randomly. In this particular set I was just using LIVE effects (an auto filter, compressor and eq four) and just two drum loop clips in two audio tracks.

This has been happening almost every time I have a session with live in the new beta (!!!!)

Hi astar,

we have reports with similar symptoms but still looking for a way to reproduce it. What you could do is trying to reproduce the behavior and when you got it simply kill the Live 5.0.2b7 via task manager (win) or force quit (mac).

When the beta starts next time it should then create a CrashPackage concerning this issue.
