Weird problem contacting Support.

When I tried to contact them from my PC, the site replied that I don’t have a proper license...
I was able to send the request from my iPad though, with the same account.
How can it be?

Very strange, I'd try logging out of your account the log in and try again.

I surely did that... didn’t work. I was able to contact Support from another device though. Waiting for reply...
