It’s hard to say for sure but that actually sounds about the right for a load time from a hard drive.

Ok so if it's fine then I'm fine too haha. I'll probably run a chkdsk on my SSD since I got some suspects there...

Unlikely there's an issue, but TRIM it as well (never defrag an SSD). Consider replacing the hard drive with a SATA SSD.
