Hey everyone,
Does anyone know of a stand-alone sample browser/preview program?
I want to be able to quickly go through a new loop/sample library and play/delete quickly. When I delete a sample in Ableton's browser it takes like 10 years to delete the file off the HD.
The problem with media player software is that when the file is loaded you can't delete it because it is in use.
Does anyone have an efficient method for doing this?
When doing a forum search it seems that a few people want to see a sample organizer added to live, but I found nothing else regarding this.
Thanks in advance!
Sample Browser / Organizer Utility / Method?
no, ive been looking and all the programs either:
a) have clumsy interfaces, or
b) dont work with 24bit samples (??) because of some wierd codec issue in XP
its really frustrating
