Need feedback... I like to make drum and bass but know very little about arranging. 8O help!

you can still work your loop a bit before attacking the arrangement, you have drums but where is your bass?

it's true I've been running loops too long too, but you must even have done at least one loop with all the instruments on it! for drum and bass at least drum and bass and some effects
after you start an arrangement:
-classic method: you remove tracks ( break build up)
-After: develop the tracks (when you develop an idea it is good to develop 3 versions)
sorry to have been a little brutal, but with your question I really expected to listen to loops
