Clip programming feature.

What i would like to see is the ability to program clips in Ableton. i.e

it would be nice to be able to assign a sequencing number besides a clip so that you could fully control a "comp" instead of playing dj style.
I know you can do some programming but it would be nice if you could simply. sequence your clips directly in the scene view. If that makes sense.

What's a "comp" ? What do you mean by sequencing ?
