Hey,
I ran I into an issue today where I deleted a chunk of time, and noticed that everything sounded different in its new position. After digging around I figured out that the way Ableton is handling the deletion of the automation that is causing the problem.
For instance, I had automated a send that went from -inf to 5 and then back to -inf. After selecting either side and deleting the automation I would expect it to stay at 0(where on either side of my selection and the last keyed positions, but instead it jumps up to 5. Does anyone know if this Is this a bug or a setting that I'm missing?
EDIT: I just realized that this is only happening on one particular track/parmeter, so I'm guessing its either a bug or there is some sort of per-parameter default value setting that I don't know about ?
