I just bought an Ableton Push (the original). I want to plug it into the wall in hopes that it makes the backlights brighter.
Straight out of the box, the cord/plug comes with several adapters for various geographical regions. I'm in North America, so I chose that one. But I can't for the life of me figure out how to snap it onto the cord! It just won't go in on one side (the side opposite the cord), and if I push it any harder, I'm afraid I'll break it.
WTF am I doing wrong? Apart from the little thing you slide out on the cord side, is there something else I'm supposed to press/pull/etc? Can't find any instructions online. This step should be very simple....
How to connect adapter to wall plug?
Re: How to connect adapter to wall plug?
Nevermind, got it. After closely examining the plug, it really is just a matter of slamming it in there.

Re: How to connect adapter to wall plug?
Just got a Push 2 and ran into the same problem. I had a lot of trouble getting the region adapter to fit into the socket. I've seen plenty of adapters like this before but this is the first one I've seen that needed such a strong push (ohhh okay, I see what they did there…).
