cool track, dreamy.

what's your slice and dice work flow for getting those smooth stutters out of vocals? Samplers on Arps then add delay and filter to taste? I like the breathe they give the track.

Thanks for your feedback, so good to hear that you like the track and my production techniques. I make all the chops in Sampler, i choose the part in the vocal what i like and play it on the keyboard, then i record what i like and down or up pitch it. Then i sometimes use the "Glide" feature and set it to "portamento" or "glide". Then il add delay, reverb, Erosion, sometimes boost the vocals with AMP, to get that strong tone out of it. Also adding some gate effect is good.

I guess the style would be "deep breaks" or something like that. Most of the time i just do what i like and its hard to specify a certain genre, where it would fit.
