Push2 LED Brightness resets to 100%

I'm trying to permanently dim my push 2 so that it is less harsh visually in a dark room at night.
I enter setup and adjust "LED BRIGHTNESS" to about 30%.
Even if I save the set when I reload a set (any set) the brightness is always back at 100% .
Is this correct?

This is not saved with your set - it is a thing of Push(2) itself, and I don't think it can be saved.........

It's a pity one cannot set and forget, (like every other device ever invented....)

Yep, but Push(2) is a different beast....... Beautiful and at the same time akward.......

Back at my home studio I tested the case. If I set the pad brightness in with the setup button on my Push2, it stays that way, ie.: it remembers the state it was in. I changed projects, switched Push2 off and on and it kept it's settings.

So I was wrong, and something strange is happening to your Push(2).....Don't know if it has a back-up battery or something to keep it's memory, maybe someone else can chime in with some wishdom?

The brightness setting is saved per Live build (e.g you can have a different setting in Live release vs Live beta).
