Hi Guys,
My computer is like 15 years old circa end of ableton 7 into ableton 8
It was very good then and is still quite good now however it is time for an upgrade (running Live 9 now)
He has Core 2 duo E4400 2.00GHz
8gb 400mhz
and after a very recent upgrade has a 2tb ssd 860 evo samsung everything true but not sure about the 860 thing
I have been watching a few youtube videos and it seems that they nowadays concertrate on gaming pcs, which i think I am not in need of the videocard aspect
Q Does the videocard matter to us
Q2 Are we only concerned with processing power and
Q3 Ram, if so, Is 8gb ram sufficient (i think its DDR3) or do we need more RAM is 16gb overkill/requierd/desirable
I dont want to load/ waste money on heaps of stuff if the tunes can keep comming out
nb futureproofing is ok within reason
