I have a ryzen 1800x processor, a gtx 980 graphics card, 32 RAM, an audient id22 sound card, windows 10 v1607. The problem is that when I do a complex project, in this case the processor is 30% loaded (in program. Although in fact the processor is 20% loaded - as the task manager shows, The program interface begins to slow down, audio clips begin to lag visually (fps 10) when I start to drag and drop.

What's the matter? the processor does not load, but the project itself visually hangs, everything is fine with sound.
