Cannot import audio at right speed

Hello,
I'm in a right mess... with a looming deadline. I wonder if anyone could help, please?
I'm trying to import some exported audio from Premiere Pro.
The sequence is 45 seconds; but comes in at 16 seconds.
I've tried messing around with sample rates... but to no avail.
I'm really screwed by this... and would be so appreciative of help.

Is warp on? If yes disable it!
