Solo Button ignores one Track - will not Solo

Using LIVE9.2.3 at a friends place.

We have several tracks but the first one (MIDI Track running a Sampler) just will not mute when pressing the Solo Button.

I just dont get it - all other tracks do as expected but that one just stays on (yellow Button stays yellow but should tur grey).

That track is not grouped or anything fancy - just a MIDI Track running Abletons Sampler.

What can cause this??? :roll:

The problem has to do with the TrackSpacer Plugin!

A Send is involved here - as soon as TrackSpacer is on, the Track on which is is active will not solo anymore.

That is what happens but I dont understand why :-(
