When i close Live 10 after working on a project it seems to close just fine, the app closes wiithout errors.
But then when i open the Task Manager and look at Processes, i see "ableton live 10 suite.exe" and "Ableton Index.exe" are still running.
Any tips on what i can do to find the problem?
Win 7 64, latest Live 10 version as of this moment.

Does it stay in memory constantly or only for some time after closing?
Sometimes when you close live it is still doing some work in the BG with the file indexer so remains running while the work is done.
Sometimes your audio interface can have issues disconnecting from Live so if it does star stuck and you have a USB interface, try power cycle it.
But also keep in mind that although Ableton still list Win7 as suitable, there can be all kinds of issues that cannot be easily tested or confirmed now so i'd echo the suggestion to probably look into updating at some stage or you will soon be out of luck with support as each new version is released
