Hi
need help
I try to play with my Godin
Synthesizer bass with gi 20 converter
Overall
It works
The problem is that there is a lot of dirt while playing
And when recording a midi
The dirt is also recorded (unrelated notes)
How to solve it
Thanks

Re: Roland gi 20
those boxes aren't very exact. I have the Axon AX100 midi guitar interface (expensive and a good product) and even that takes finessing when recording midi. I tried a lot of the Roland products and wouldn't personally buy any of them, so I went with Axon.
work on your workflow in regards to quantizing your recordings and cleaning them up afterwards. it takes WORK to get good results, they're not plug and play.
I assume these dirty recordings aren't audio, you mean dirty midi I presume.

Even the best MIDI tracking pickup/interface is only going to track as cleanly as you can play.
