Ableton Live Plugins with other performance software?

Is it possible to use Ableton Live plugins like the Reverb, Delay, or Flanger with other external live performance software like Mainstage or Gig Performer?

If so where are they located?

Not as separate plugins, no.

However, you might be able to creatively incorporate Live into your performance using Rewire or Link, and some clever audio routing, but I'm not 100% on that.

I'm one of the GIg Performer developers. While it is not possible to load proprietary plugins from any DAW directly into Gig Performer (or any other DAW for that matter), there are numerous ways to use Gig Performer together with Ableton Live and a significant number of our users do exactly that.

GP has a full OSC implementation and so can also communicate with M4L. We also support Ableton Link.

There is also a technique for "driving" proprietary plugins in other DAWs and routing the resulting audio back to Gig Performer (for example).
