Samples stop playing when clicking anywhere

Is there anyone here that knows if ableton are going to sort this out? I cant work with this DAW anymore due to what theyve done with the samples, and ive spent months trying. The fact that they stop playing when you click anywhere, adjust the volume or use the mouse scroll is f***ing ridiculous and i cant believe that some idiot/s thought this was a good idea
