Transfering the settings and preferences to another Live install

I'm currently in the process of moving my music making stuff to a set apart Windows account and I'm trying to figure out how to transfer my settings to the new Live instance.
I'm talking about the stuff I marked as favourite and the appearance setting for example (not a project template). Is there a quick way to do that? Maybe just moving a file? (In that case, which one?)
