Loop keeps stopping randomly with play again follow actions

I have a loop that I played at the correct BPM of the song with a soft synth. Don't need to warp it but want to loop it to preserve sound quality. I set the 1st box to "play again" with a 1 underneath it and the second box has "do nothing" with a 0 underneath it. I set the follow action for the same number of bars as the length of the loop. Clip launch mode is trigger.

The loop repeats for a few times and then stops after a random number of times. I just want it to keep playing indefinately. What am I doing wrong?

Strange thing is that I have another clip that I have the same settings. It repeats and never stops. Only differences are that the start point is in the middle of the sound file instead of at the beginning and it's 4 bars long instead of 8.

I think I got it to work.

i simply deleted the .asd file and let the song create a new one. Still put the same follow action settings and it seems to be repeating continuously now. Strange. Maybe there was something wrong with the .asd file.
