no presets or lessons in Live5 download

no device presets, no tutorial. i did a search, back in may there was a mention of not loading via the disk image and having to copy files manually. do i have to reinstall Live5?

Hmm, I went under help and there's several links. I didn't notice lessons either and now I'll dig out the CD and look for the lessons (if in a directory) and the presets and try to get them in the correct area....strange that they weren't in the downloadable version?

Or did we miss something?

Actually the lessons are there. Go to help, top option in the menu. It shows up on the right side of the screen. My bad..... I downloaded it (and ordered box version but got key for the download).

mine says "no lessons found".

Hi,

I don't know how the directory structure is on a Mac but go look in the DefaultPackages directory. I saw I have 3 files there, one is Lessons. You can also try installing them from the CD if you had gotten that. Weird that they are there in Windows (I did order the get the d/l version and installed with the Key sent to me after ordering) and not on the Mac.... have you contacted support directly on this? Try installing (click on the Lessons file from the CD if you have it) from CD. That's all I can suggest. I do have to go through them too.
