launch clip

How do i get my clips to launch after a 2 bar count in. I dont want it to play as soon as I hit the button. Ive palyed around with the follow actions and the count in but cant seem to make any diffference,

Yeah tried this and couldnt get it to work. Still starts as soon as i hit play. What settings exactly should I put?
