Move markers along with clips?

Is there a way to move your track markers when you drag the selected
material in arrange view? It's quite annoying having to reposition them if you
make small shifts in the time line.

I agree, it's baffling that there seems to be no way to do this. In fact it seems like there is no way to select a marker and anything else at the same time, not even another marker! Every marker hast to be moved individually . There's also no way to make time signature changes stay anchored to a marker which seems very intuitive and useful to me.
