Can you use a tablet to start/stop record...I wanna be able to start a track when I am in the vocal booth and by myself...Somebody let me know there is too much to read on this thread

There are many ways to do what you want.
Assuming you have an iPad there’s Touchable, which provides a touch interface to a lot of Live’s functions.
There are remote control applications which duplicate a Mac screen onto an iPad and let you run the Mac from the iPad. VNC is one, Duet another, and if the iPad and Mac support it Apples “sidecar” function does pretty much the same thing.
I’m sure similar things exist for android and Windows, but I don’t have enough experience of either to suggest anything in particular.

Live 10 Suite, 2020 27" iMac, 3.6 GHz i9, MacOS Catalina, RME UFX, assorted synths, guitars and stuff.
