Authorization Request

I have live installed on two computers. I am selling one and have deauthorize Live. I have a third computer that I want to put Live on. I get the message that I have reached my activation limit. I requested a new activation three days ago but haven’t heard anything yet. When I log onto my account, I get a message that’s that they are working on my request and will get in touch with me soon. My question is, how long does it take for Ableton to get in touch with me?
