Saving VST plugin Presets

Hi
Having an issue saving certain Vst plugin presets to User Library tab inside Live.

Most Vsts allow me to click the little disk symbol on the plug and it saves straight to the user library window on the left hand side of LIve some other like TAL open up a save window with the option to save as .fxb (bank) or .fxp(program) , i saved both options in the correct location > Doucuments>Ableton>User Library but they don't show on the side tab (User Library with the other saved Vst presets.)

Any ideas ? Trawled some youtube video but can't find any solutions

Put the vst into an instrument rack and save the rack, simple.
Live 11, M1 Mac Mini, Push 2, Scarlett 18i20 & ADA8200, Softube Console 1 Mk2, Deepmind12, Hydrasynth, Cobalt 8M, Moog Subsequent 25, IK Uno Synth Pro, Plethora X3, Nord Drum 3P
