I tried using capture for the first time.
I set Ableton to a four bar loop.
I played the loop for a while, just improvising, and when I was done, I clicked "Capture."
There's a midi clip on that track now, and when I select the clip, I can clearly see the full-length improvisation.
But, for the life of me, I can't figure out how to get Ableton to play it linearly.
How do you play long improvisations that were captured after multiple loops?
Thank you.

Check the start time of the recorded clip.originalDJB wrote: ↑Sat Jan 02, 2021 3:46 amI tried using capture for the first time.

I had the same sort of issue and the clip was starting and looping right at the very end so no notes were heard.

This worked. Thank you. I actually figured it out on my own. It hadn't occurred to me to check those times at first.invisibledan wrote: ↑Sat Jan 02, 2021 1:20 pmCheck the start time of the recorded clip.originalDJB wrote: ↑Sat Jan 02, 2021 3:46 amI tried using capture for the first time.
