bugs...or just stupid?

i have the feeling ableton 501 has a couple of bugs...two songs,which had been nearly finished...just crashed and at the next openning...."the file is damaged..."

on one it happened just today..when i wanted to delete a track/channel...

or when i wanna move the fullloops in arrange view,it takes a lot of time and cpupower just to move the clips...which are not in use at that moment

sometimes looping a oneshotsample in previewsight...then sometimes not...

could it be that "IZOTOPE VINYL" is not supported or maybe not well for live?

anyone the same probs or maybe some ideas whats going on??

Hi RobStrobe,

please take a look at the latest beta of the upcoming bug fix update Live 5.0.2 and check if it makes a difference:

it seems to be better now...

but the "damaged file" i still can´t open...is there any chance to "repair" it??

just downloaded the beta8...will try it out tomorrow..

do you already have sent this "damaged file" to me, [email protected] or our support? If not yet, you can send it to me (only the .als, no samples) and I can take a look.

i rebuild from the saved sounds..it´s a new track...but also cool..

but i recognized another bug in 502b8 and 502b7....sometimes when openning a track...live just turns off and disappears..
