Hi!
I need some help getting started with MPE in Live 11. I have a Seaboard Rise 25 and Equator since a few years back, but since Live 9 and 10 did not support MPE I was mostly using them "stand alone" outside my DAW.
Now that Live 11 is here with MPE support I want to finally use my MPE setup inside my favourite DAW.
I find it a bit daunting to get started though. I was hoping I could just plug it in, load Equator to a MIDI track and play along, and any clips would have MPE envelopes. That is not happening. I seem to have only channel envelopes for pitch bend, channel pressure and Control 74. I can see that there is an MPE Configure button for the device. Equator works so well with the Seaboard outside the DAW. Do I need to re-create the mappings between the Seaboard touch dimensions and parameters in Equator within Live?
If someone is familiar with how this is supposed to work I would be very grateful for some tips or pointers.
Thanks,
Mattias

Have you turned MPE on in Ableton preferences for the relevant midi controller?
