I am working with remixes and I wish there was a menu item for importing files that has the settings to turn off the auto-warp long loops and turn off the Create fades on clip edges automatically. In other DAWS they allow you to select the folder with the files and it automatically creates the audio tracks with just a click all lined up. I feel like I have to do a lot extra stuff in Ableton to do things that are simple tasks in other programs. I wish there was a little more attention to task based items in Ableton. I really would like the ability to do everything needed when you bring things in and have a question asked about the tempo then have the tempo set along with lining all the tracks up.
